At Fefe's Fort, LLC, we want your dog's grooming experience to be pleasurable for you and your dog. The policies that we have set forth are put in place to provide the best possible experience for all of our customers.

All dogs are required to be up to date on their vaccinations. Please provide proof of your pet(s) vaccinations at your first appointment and when new vaccinations are performed.

Fefe's Fort is a cage-free dog grooming salon. Our innovative cage-free salon addresses the concerns that exercise and ongoing socialization are essential to a dog’s physical and emotional health. While your dog is at Fefe's Fort LLC it will get a full service groom as well as play with other dogs and toys, nap, and have generous amounts of drinking water throughout its visit. We will take the time to gradually introduce shy or fearful dogs to the idea of commingling with other dogs. We are trained and well-prepared to identify and quell potential situations before they get out of hand. We think you’ll find this a very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Leash Your Pet- For your pet's safety, please bring your dog in and out of the salon on a leash. This will help us ensure that your dog does not run out the door when another customer arives and allows us to safely guide your dog to the grooming area. We will keep your leash and collar or harness during the groom and put them back on your dog when you pick them up. Small portable kennels are acceptable for smaller dog breeds.

Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, or if you are running late for your appointment - please call us at 532-7387 before your appointment time. After 30 minutes late without contacting us, you will be charged a $10 fee and have to reschedule your appointment. This late fee will be automatically added to your next appointment. After two no call/no shows, we will require that you pay for future appointments when scheduling your appointment.

Please arrive to pick up your dog by closing time. Unless you have made arrangements with the groomer when you dropped off your dog, please be prompt in picking up your dog by closing time. You will be charged $5 per half hour for late pick-ups without prior arrangement.

Coupons/Discounts - Fefe's Fort will accept only one discount or coupon per customer per visit.

Communicate with your Groomer - It is important to us that your dog is groomed to your expectations. Please communicate with your groomer how you would like for your dog to be groomed. Many breeds have a variety of styles and cuts that are appropriate for them. If you have a preferred style, length, or other preference, please share these preferences with the groomer when dropping off your dog. Your groomer will keep record of the grooming service for each appointment and will let you know if there were any concerns or issues with your dogs grooming that need to be brought to your attention.
